Beginning her insurance career in 1997, Kristen applied for a customer service position and was promoted to the underwriting department within two weeks of employment. Driven and dedicated, she has excelled in all areas of the Commercial Insurance industry including marketing, sales, service, underwriting, accounting, and management. She has been a noteworthy leader in the Property & Casualty Insurance space, managing successful programs and teams which has achieved significant levels of client and revenue development and retention.
Her professionalism, hard work, and dedication has led her to her current position as President of Operations, Commercial Lines.
In her spare time Kristen enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters, and listening to music.
